‘SEE LIKE MENNA’ LAUNCHES
'It’s a thrilling, almost heart-stopping experience for the viewer and a unique window into the life of Paralympic athletes.'
Katie Richards, Adweek
Our incredible, fully immersive 360 film debut today, as part of Toyota’s ‘Start Your Impossible’ campaign highlighting the extraordinary ability of the Paralympic athletes leaving us all speechless at this year’s competition.
Created in honour of the company’s shift to a mobility company, and their eight-year worldwide partnership with The International Olympic and Paralympic Committees – this stunning film, directed by Michelle Coomber, places the viewer in the eyes of 18-year-old visually-impaired British Para-Alpine World Cup athlete Menna Fitzpatrick, showing people what it’s like to ski down the world’s steepest slopes at speeds of over 100 km/hr – despite having just 3% vision.
To make the 360 interactive film as immersive as possible – and to accurately convey the skier’s perception of the world – a visual impairment filter was created in conjunction with Menna and her sighted guide, Jennifer Kehoe, with input from the Royal National Institute for the Blind in London and a team of ophthalmic consultants.
And visit Menna’s Instagram account HERE so you can stay up to date with her unique training.
